We at Shikata Kai Karate offer you a chance to learn the old traditional way of Karate. We teach in a friendlly & family enviroment. If you are looking for a good, fun way of doing some fitness or if you want to take it more seriously you can go up in belt colours to acheive your black belt.

Karate is suitable for all ages not just for the young, so why not pop along and have a look for yourself.

Your first is free so wear some jogging bottoms and a T-Shirt then you can jump in to see what you really think.

We train on a Tuesday evening between 6pm and 7.30pm.
