We are currently recruiting for Customer Services Agents to join our Customer Services Team based at our 5* Radisson Edwardian Hotel located on the Bath Road in the Heathrow area. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, along with the abiity to communicate clearly with guests through telephone conversations, e-mail and letter. The role itself is varied and involves a number of tasks, including dealing with and satisfactorily resolving customer complaints. An excellent command of the english language is essential for this role. The salary for this position starts at £12,480 per annum.
