We are currently recruiting for a Concierge to join the Guest Relations team at the 5* May Fair Hotel.  The ideal candidate will have previous Guest Relations experience within a 5* property, along with a guest focused approach to work and the willingness to make our guest feel special.  A good knowledge of the experiences London has to offer is essential for this role, along with the ability to use Fidelio/Opera programs.   Excellent communication skills and high level of written and spoken English is essential for this busy and demanding role.
