Radisson Edwardian is a collection of 13 luxury 4* and 5* hotels situated in Central London, Heathrow and Manchester. Our hotels have great bars and restaurants; our menus use only the freshest British produce, prepared in a creative style.

 

We are currently recruiting for a passionate Head Chef with the determination to uphold Radisson Edwardian standards.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a kitchen serving different food and beverage outlets including; conference and banqueting, restaurant, bar and room service.  A strong leadership and management skill to ensure the smooth running of the operation is essential, along with the drive to motivate the kitchen brigade to consistently produce high quality food.  This is a challenging and hands on role, which includes monitoring standards, driving revenue and consistent service throughout the hotel.
