Job Title:   Welcome Host

Location:   London Stations

Hours of work:    5 days / 7 days. Requirement to work some weekends    
Total hours:   35 hours, shifts may vary from 07.00 – 22.00

Overtime:   Available at supervisors discretion paid at normal rate

Pay rate:         £7.00

                         Job Description:
 
To help the general public with regards to train enquiries, such as giving travel directions, helping lost passengers, offering advice on departure times.

Qualifications: Customer Service experience necessary

Specification Well presented, calm and sympathetic personality, ability to communicate with others
