We are currently recruiting for a Senior Guest Service Team Leader to join the lobby team at the Marlborough and Kenilworth Hotels. Working in a fast paced luxury hotel, Senior Guest Service Team Leaders are responsible for managing the Lobby team on a day to day basis to ensure that consistent service is delivered making our guests feel special. The ideal candidate should have strong management and leadership skills and be able to take on the challenge of working in these demanding 4* deluxe hotels with a flare and passion for guest service and the ability to generate drive and passion among the team. Previous experience of managing both front line and supervisory staff is a must for this role, along with excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of Fidelio/Opera systems is preferred but not essential.
