We are now recruiting for staff in IT Systems Support to join our IT department at Radisson Edwardian Hotels.  This role primarily involves providing first line Help Desk support by logging calls, resolving IT problems and communicating information to our internal customers, along with PC configuration, maintaining back ups and providing general administrative assistance to the IT team.  The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the key elements of the IT field, including hard ware, software and systems, along with previous experience of working in the field of IT proving support to all front line users.  Excellent communication skills are a must for this role, along with an aptitude for problem solving.
