We are now recruiting for a Food and Beverage Trainer and Administrator to join the Central Food and Beverage Management team at Radisson Edwardian Hotels. The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative and training support to our F&B teams. The training responsibilities of this role are to facilitate the training of food and beverage staff throughout the company, conduct training needs analysis, organising supplier lead training, and measuring effectiveness of the training along side our F&B training champions. Administrative responsibilities will include sales analysis, customer feedback analysis and providing day-to-day support to the Group F&B Management team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a fast paced high quality food and beverage service environment, so as to understand the needs of the operation. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role, along with strong organisational skills. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate an ability of effectively delivering training.
