I am looking to move to north london in the postal areas of specific areas of  nw4,nw7,nw9 or ha8 only not Grahame Park. I would like a 3 bed house or 2 or even a ground floor flat only but all MUST have own garden as have children and pets. No tower blocks please will even consider a maisonette if on ground floor.

In exchange for a very large 2 bed ground floor flat with enclosed 90 ft back garden backing onto fields and front garden also own sole use. Front room fairly large with bay window measuring roughly 17ft long by 13ft wide all laminated throughout to hall and second bedroom. Kitchen all fully fitted with wooden units paul rosa units grey large floor tiles in kitchen  with cream tiles on wall. All neutral colours throughout. First bedroom roughly 12ft long by 11ft wide, second bedroom small but my son has a single bed wardrobe,chest of drawers and still ample room to play is 9ft by 10 ft.
Bathroom nr enough same size as second bedroom maybe bit wider, also will be refurbished in the next 2 years. This is a housing assosciation and the rent is 60.22 pound a week council tax is band A = 978.19

The town i live in is a population of just under 8,000 people very quiet and although called a town the people who live here class it as a village, consisting of 1 working mill that produces fresh bread on a daily basis, 3 other bakeries around the village, one butcher post office and a co-op stores with other small shops around including,Hairdressers,barbers,estate agents. Nearest town centre 3 miles nearest Tesco extra 3 miles, bus stops all around village nearest from mine roughly 6 minute walk. Lovely neighbours consisting of elderly families and couples we all get on tremendously well. If i could pick my flat up and take it with me believe me i would.
