Successful candidates will earn an accreditation in receptionist aptitude. This endorsement can enable us to help promote and support you in your search to find employment. We will provide you with a reference provided by your trainer and also assist you with reviewing your CV as part of our service.

I was at home looking after my son and had lost all confidence in my abilities.  Although I kept in touch with daily issues and knew how to use the internet and email, employers were cold at the thought of a mum returning to work with no skills and no training.  All my previous experience was out of date.  I enrolled at Miss Reception to try and get back into office life through another door.  The course was amazing and my trainer was fantastic!  I not only found work but managed to find a part time admin job and still be there for my son.  My CV looks great but most of all my confidence, assertiveness and worth in the job market are the most obvious changes.
