I have a temporary lease for a beautifully large double room with bay windows, furnished room for a single professional female from 10^th Feb till 26^th of Feb it’s fully fitted with cupboards double bed sofa sky TV DVD player very cosy.

Ill is away for 2 weeks and wanted to offer my room.

I pay £95 a week excluding bills but as it’s temporary I am including bills and lowering the rent by £20 making it £75 a week.

The house is beautifully large, furnished home with a single professional female

House is well maintained, clean and tidy person wanted.

Cleanliness and hygiene is essential.

One large kitchen. Laundry room, dinning area and rear extension, two bathrooms and back garden.

House is situated in a very convenient area; every thing is five ten minutes walk away.

Upton park tube station, (district line) forest gate train station, police station, Tesco, all the grocery and cash and carry’s along side restaurants, and takeaways. You’ll never have to cook again!!

Ten minutes to Ilford and Eastham, 15 minutes to Stratford by bus

The 330 is right off the street taking you towards Eastham, also five minute walk to Romford road will allow you to get the 25 or the 86 buses into the city or Ilford.
