A very exciting and challenging position working in a 5 star hotel alongside a celebrity chef with a 27 chef brigade who are passionate and work to extremely high standards.

A 90 cover refurbished restaurant serving a-la-carte breakfast and lunch and dinner service which produces  a superb fine dining menu.

The ideal candidate must have gained good experience working in a 4 star or 5 star hotel, good attitude and a willingness to learn new concepts and new ideas. The ideal candidate must have completed at least NVQ Level 1 in Catering or has gained experience working in a 4 or 5 star establishment but not essential.

This really is an ideal opportunity for a chef to promote themselves and a spring board to succeed. Working 5 days out of 7 per week, earliest start at 6am, latest finish at 11pm, minimum hours 40 hours per week. If required to work extra days will be days in leu or overtime.
