Inner-Self Counselling provides face to face counselling in Maldon Essex. The practice is based at Wentworth House, West Square close Maldon Esex, close to the high street. Our team of counsellors are fully qualified and trained in all areas of counselling and provide sessions Monday - Saturday, with daytime and evening appointments to suit your requirements and needs. All counsellors are Members or BACP, abiding and adhering to their code of ethics for good counselling practice. Counselling is confidential in warm, comfortable surroundings with understanding and approachable counsellors. We have speacialized experience in abuse/trauma, addictions, lone parenting, mental health, depression and low self-esteem. We work with adolescents, individuals and couples offering a 50 minute sessions once a week or as and when required.
