Come celebrate your fashion community in style with a day out full of fun and fashion. See top designs for men and women paraded on the large outdoor catwalk. Bring the children along and help them design their own t-shirts and hats. There will be street performers to entertain and amaze you as well as great bargains at prices you can’t resist. Come meet your friends, neighbours, and join in on the fun at one ofNorth London ’s most famous streets for fashion.This event is brought to you by FinFuture and the London Development Agency. Fashion Designers Wanted For Outdoor Fashion Show
Are you a Fashion Designer based in North London?
Would you like to show off your collection at an outdoor fashion festival on Saturday, September 13th, 2008 (The Day Before London Fashion Week starts)?
We have a host of activities lined up to tempt buyers, customers and the press in this first time event on Fonthill Road. A section of the road will be closed to bring in a stage and catwalk with seating and stalls for a festival to please all ages.
As this is a public even, you can invite whoever you want to view your collection. Entry to the event is free. The price to show your collection for a maximum of 20 minutes is just £20.00 (refundable upon attendance and participation). You supply the music, models and descriptive commentary, we will supply the stage, MC and play your backing music.
This event will have good press attention so if you are interested please email the festival administrator: hannah.banjo@finfuture.co.uk and request an application form. Send it back to us as soon as you can and we will be in touch. This event is very soon so first come first served basis will apply.
