Does the same thought go round in your head time and time again, it\\\'s both natural and second nature, it is a fact. Thoughts keep your mind occupied and being activated on a frequent basis becomes a dominant activated thought.

Every thought exist but the outcome of the thought is not necessarily activated. Watching TV, listening to the radio or recieving a mobile phone signal requires a signal for it to be enabled. Your thought process is a sequence of vibrational energy and this activates the reciever of your signal strength

A thought exisit it can not be changed but you can choose to tune into a different one. This is the law of attraction. Why repeat an activated thought if it makes you feel unhappy, make a concious effort to think a positive thought and realign your vibrational frequency , in time you will strengthen these thoughts so they become your dominant thought process.

Positve thinking isnt the elimantion of insecurities because the contrast gives us our start point but the process is to increase relativity, what we seek to achieve is creative control of your focus.

How do I love myself? this is a difficult question to answer, the first step is to try to stop any thoughts that make you not like yourself. It is innate within us to love and protect ourselves so dont fight against nature.

We alrady mentioned vibrational energy what ever you give your attention to activates the vibrational energy which the law of attraction will bring to you. However in asking for something it will come the answer is always yes, the law of attraction does not distinguish between what you dont want because you are asking, you can not say No, because when you say no the energy source needs to conjure up the source to activate it, which is the same as asking for it.....

for example I want a new job but I dont want a low paid job, I want to make lots of new networks but I dont want time wasters, you have inadvertanlty asked for all the wants and unwants. Instead of using the force of positve thinking you have attracted negative unwants.
