Main purpose of the role:
To deliver team performance improvement and provide a high quality of service to our customers via a managed network of field service engineers.
This service is to be provided and audited on a profitable basis with financial budgets and to pre-agreed set targets.
This role is a key position for driving performance, growth and communicating essential information by team leadership.
Key responsibilities:
You will be an advocate of company policies and its strategic plan. The job holder will be able to effectively manage relationships with operational staff, admin support, customers and suppliers.
Essential requirements:
· A proven track record in providing field service and managing a field based team
· A working understanding of gas appliances and their application along with a sound knowledge of the Gas Safety Regulations, British Standard Codes of Practice and local water Authority by-laws are essential
· Knowledge of internal systems and external industry systems are essential
· Excellent communication skills
· High motivation
· Training skills
· Microsoft office/computer literacy
· People management skills
· Highly competent customer care skills
