Sales & Contracts Executive – Skills
-Working knowledge of Windows applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with good knowledge of Tour Operation/Hotel industry.
- Good organisational skills and accurate attention to detail.
- SPANISH Language is ESSENTIAL, with excellent Negotiation skills.
Sales & Contracts Executive – Responsibilities
- Research new products and services.
- Secure net contracted rates from existing hotels and load on to relevant reservation system.
- Manage contracted hotel allocation, analysing stock usage. Negotiating and managing extra allocation and freesale.
- Liaison with the Marketing Department with regards to website/brochures, photos and proofs.
Additional info
- Negotiable depending on experience.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and every other Saturday 9am to 1pm. 40 working hours.
- 20 days holiday
