Villa Poste La Fayette is a very calm place in Poste La Fayette (commonly known as Mont Choisy) in the East coast of Mauritius. The beautiful blue beach faces the Prince Maurice Hotel and very good to swim. These villa are a two storey floor villa, that my mean 02 clients can stay at a time in a building-first floor and ground floor.24 hour security, 3 bedrooms, lounge, dinning area, kitchen, swimming pool and 2 to 3 minutes from the beach. For this one it will be 80 Euros per day with a free car.

Villa Palmar, just been built (September 2008) and has not been inaugurated yet. Beautiful villa across the sea. The villa yard is very nice, with the villa surrounding the swimming pool, so you have a nice view from the balcony on the pool and sea view. 24 hour security, 03 bedrooms all with air condition, fully fitted kitchen, big lounge with dinning area. Safe fitted in a room. Generator in case of power cut off. Maid to clean 03 times weekly. This villa’s rate is of 88 Euros per day.

Villa Palmiste in Trou D’Eau Douce, very luxury villa from inside and outside. 15 Seconds away from the beach. It is in the same complex as Hibiscus. But here, they have taken 02 villas to make it one. All the 04 rooms are suite type, which is with their own bathroom and toilette. The rooms are very beautifully decorated. The lounges are just perfect for a holiday comfort. Very spacious villa. Words can not describe the villa, especially for the price you will pay. The same type of comfort villa in Roche Noire or Grand Bay or in Trou d’Eau Douce, you won’t get it for fewer than 175 Euros per day. Trust me on this. I will charge you 100 Euros for 03 rooms and 120 Euros for 04 rooms.

Now if you have clients with very low budget, then I would suggest an apartment type in Trou d’eau Douce.Suitable for 02 couples. I would say it is nice for low budget clients. Within 5 minutes from the beach, all the restaurants are close, supermarket just few yards away.  50 Euros is the price per day including free breakfast.
