The Role:
They will be in a team of 5 reporting to the Managing Estimator. Key responsibilities include taking off quantities using computerised estimating software; preparing, analysing and pricing trade packages; liaising with designers, planners, etc.; attending meetings.
Requirements:
The right candidates will have previous experience of working in estimating department for a main contractor. Hands-on measuring and pricing capability for all trades is an essential requirement for this position. Degree in construction related studies would be an advantage.
Salary Negotiable Up to £65k Depending on qualifications and experience.
