1. Entertainment Reporter (2 roles)
2. Sports Reporter (2 roles)
3. Health Content Writer (2 roles)

Digital Gonzo is looking for new online reporters Writers to work in the Entertainment Section of the company. Applicants need to be FRESH, IMAGINATIVE, CREATIVE and available to start as soon as possible. You’ll be working from the comfort of your own home. And must be able to hunt out your own information to report on.

APPLICANTS MUST:
1) Be able to spare 3hrs per week
2) You Must produce 6 – 8 reports a week
3) Have internet access
4) Have a passion for Reporting
5) Work well as a team member and individual
6) Able to communicate well
7) Have good computer knowledge of MS Office,
8) Actively promote Digital Gonzo to friends and family.


JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a content writer, your role is the most important in the company, your actions make or break Digital Gonzo. As the person who will be providing the reports for our website, you have to make sure that your Reports are updated on a DAILY basis. Failure to do this is not an option.

Below is a list of things you need to take into consideration:


1) Areas of responsibility
As a Reporter, you need to think about the audiences you are aiming at. Also you need to look at what content would best be uploaded at the time, whether it be past, present, or something else. As a Reporter within Digital Gonzo, it is imperative that you create new links within the media world. To ensure your reports and interviews are as successful as possible. Also you must appeal to everyone, so it is crucial you remember to think of every aspect of entertainment Reporting.

2) Maintenance & Updating
As explained, you MUST update your content on a DAILY basis. This is a very simple task; all you need to do is simply Login to our secure staff panel, to produce your news Reports, We Love our Reports to be outstanding, with images used in Reports/content where possible. Once you’ve produced your report and click save this is automatically sent digitally to the Department Editor

3) Board meetings
You must attend ALL 4 board meetings per year. These meetings take place every 3 months. It is a chance to get to know new staff, get updates on other areas of the website and they mainly are crucial & mandatory. Don’t worry about the cost of petrol or travelling to a top secret location, everything is done online.

4) Activities/Competitions
It is important to remember that your work is always being watched & used, people visit the Web site on a daily basis, including cooperate clients this is a fact that must remain in your mind at all times, your content needed to attract audiences & further more keep them there.

5) Working with others
Part of your everyday job will be the capability to work well with others, which includes the Chair, Senior Editor, Editor’s Members of the public & your fellow co-workers. Teamwork is an essential. If a member of the team contacts you about an error with your work don’t be offended there only helping you, and helping to get your work to make the final daily cut.
