First of all thanks a lot for reading my ad.

I offer violin lessons for both children and adults , who either learn from the very beginning or want to start playing again. What I do is a mixture of practical violin ( teaching or improving technical skills, playing scales and classical violin pieces),theory ( no one really likes it, but it\'s necessary to understand what it\'s all about in music :) I also give a bit of music history background, when needed.

Usually for beginners my teaching is based on classical music, but as soon as you know the basics if you like it we can include some pop or easy jazz as well.

Lessons can take place either at your or my place. The price varies –I charge £30/hour when I come to you or £25 if you come to my place. Also, I have still one ¾ violin available to rent if needed.

What else?

Few words about me. I have a M.A. Degree in Music, specialize in violin playing and teaching. My work experience include both ,teaching and playing with the symphonic orchestras. Last few years I used to tour a lot with a chamber ensemble in the USA and Europe but decided to settle down in London where I teach and perform as well.
