I have a large 3 bedroom maisonette with a 40ft back garden in Roehampton S.W.15 close to Richmond Park. It is council property with RTB and has the lowest council tax in the country. very large living room 2 double size bedrooms and 3rd bedroom is single size. 2 toilets, all nicely decorated and laminated flooring. It is situated on Alton estate and is about 200 yards from Richmond Park and a 10 minute walk to Wimbledon Common hence very green area. Lots of good schools, shops etc and is very central to get around from. I am seeking a 2 bedroom property which must have a garden and also must allow dogs. Areas i am looking for are in the Richmond or Kingston boroughs. Not bothered about decor or repair but again a yes policy to dogs is a must.
