The Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (7303) is for Pre-service or In-service Teachers or Associate Teachers, and is aimed at candidates who:

• would like or require an introduction to teaching or
• are seeking career progression within their area of work or
• will be/are seeking to progress towards ATLS/QTLS status and/or
• teach/instruct on a one-to-one and/or group basis.

Course Duration:- Completed in 5 days; this includes group tutorials and the delivery of the theory aspect of the assignments. A further 30 hours is recommended for non-contact time, which will cover the candidates’ individual tutorial support time, developmental activities, research, self-study and teaching practice.
