We manage everything from VAT returns, PAYE & NI as well as the bank accounts and payments, while you sit back and enjoy the tax benefits of a Limited company without the hassle. Clients moving from other service providers will be moved across hassle free, and not incur any additional charges from us, with a new limited company setup and operational within 48 hours.

Our monthly service charge is £50 per month, and there is no additional cost for the setup or closing of limited companies.  This compared to other service providers who charge approximately 5% of total earnings is a considerable saving.
