There is very good parking provided for residents and a small clean playground outside for the children.  It is a good area for bring upn children which i have found it to be with good community spirit and is surprisingly quiet.  The excellent for  shopping, transport links and schools and very central for access to the city and surrounding areas

I looking for 3/4 bedroom property house maisonette with garden. I don\\\'t mind if it is on an estate as long as it is a good one like the one i am living in now with no bad reputations looking for West and South Norwood, Croydon, Mitcham, Norbury, Thornton Heath, and surroundling areas
