ICYE is a registered UK charity, which sends volunteers to work with NGO\'s in Latin America, Africa or Asia. Projects range from working with street children, HIV and AIDS development, Human Rights projects, Indigenous Community projects, Women\'s Rights and many more.

If you are hoping to work in Mexico or Brazil with local NGO\'s in order to gain valuable work experience, to help those from disadvantaged communities or to simply improve your language skills, ICYE-UK have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are able to offer one volunteer £1000 towards the cost of their 6 or 12 month placement in either Brazil or Mexico. The usual cost of the ICYE programme is £3300 for 6 months or £3900 for 12 months, however with the bursary the new cost would be £2300 and £2900 respectively.

Included in this cost are return flights, accommodation, food, visa support, health insurance, pre-departure and on arrival training, language lessons, pocket money and ongoing support.
