CCA International successfully operates 18 call centres in 6 countries and employs 2,500 people. CCA UK London urgently requires enthusiastic and professional Customer Sales Advisors for their global communications client.



The Role

Make outbound calls to current customers to ensure contract renewal.
Communicate to customers the range of product choices and convey their benefits.
Ensure that renewed product matches customers\' needs, ensuring brand loyalty. 


The Person 

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Enthusiastic, and committed to achieving targets.
Ensure outstanding customer service to all customers
Well organised and able to respond effectively within high pressure/target driven environment. 


Hours

We have a variety of shifts available. All that we ask is that your shift must include a Saturday (10:00 - 18:00) or Sunday (11:00 - 17:00). We expect a minimum of 16 hours or you can work as many hours as you like. 


Salary/Wages

We pay £7.00 per hour and offer incentives.
