A large FM Company are looking for a Multi -Trader/ Carpenter to join the team to cover the NE london area. You will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card and mobile. This post will involve the re-hanging of doors, Ajustments of door furniture and fitting of locks. Also our Client made need you to assist pre-planned and reactive Maintenance of occupied and Commercial buildings. the majority of the workload will be Carpentry, however you may get involved in light brickwork, snagging, painting and decorating , changing light bulbs, washers on taps, assembling office furniture ect... M-F- 40hours per week + overtime. this post has a salery between- 14,5-23k this post could result in a permanent post for the right candidate.
