We are looking for an Experienced Beauty Therapist in the Hillingdon area, who must be confident and motivated to run a beauty room within our Hair and Beauty Salon. You will be in charge of the beauty department, developing our clientele further, running your appointments, stock control and maintaining high housekeeping & hygiene standards. You must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

The chosen candidate will be able to carry out all Beauty Therapy treatments to a very high standard which must include Electrolysis (Diathermy or Blend only) & waxing for male and female clients. You will be in charge of stock control & beauty department hygiene. We have a current clientele which you must develop further, driving retail sales is important, as is excellent customer care and service whilst maintaining a friendly face at all times. You will be asked to manage work experience pupils from time to time and as you grow the department, you would be involved in managing extra team members.

NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is required as a minimum.
2 or more year\'s work experience or you must be able to demonstrate your ability to take over an existing clientele working on your own initiative in order to take over develop our beauty therapy department.

You must be highly motivated, an independent achiever, be able to think on your feet and deal with the general public. You must be able to speak & write English to a high standard and possess a good telephone manner. Be a team player working alongside our hairdressers and be a confident communicator able to sell our services and retail products.

You must be able to work at least 2 late nights per week and be flexible if required to work overtime occasionally and willing to work occasional Sundays if required.

Qualifications & experiance in holistic therapies would be an advantage as would an ability to speak other languages. Computer literacy would be an advantage too.

The position is available as Employed Status with a basic plus commission or as Self Employed 40/60 split. F/t or P/t
